- WhatsApp Configuration: If you choose to use your own WhatsApp Business number, we store your WhatsApp Phone Number ID (not your access tokens for extended periods).
- Payment Information: Subscription plan details and billing information (processed securely through our payment providers).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including login times, features used, and actions taken.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and IP address.
- Message Logs: Records of WhatsApp messages sent through the Service, including delivery status and timestamps.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send automated WhatsApp payment reminders to your customers on your behalf
- Process your subscription payments
- Send you service-related communications (account verification, password resets, important updates)
- Generate business reports and analytics for your dashboard

4. WhatsApp Integration
DueTick uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API to send payment reminder messages. When using our Service:
- Messages are sent through Meta's official WhatsApp Business platform
- Your customers' phone numbers are shared with Meta solely for message delivery purposes
- Message content follows WhatsApp's approved business message templates
- We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy
- If you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, messages appear from your business directly

- Provide a way for your customers to opt-out of receiving messages
- Honor any opt-out requests promptly by pausing or removing the customer from the Service
10. Children's Privacy
DueTick is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
